Thursday 12/04/2012 Ballykeeran - Lanesborough - Camlin River
Length of boat trip: 5 hours
Motto of the day: Off the beaten tracks
The night was calm and quiet. The day starts with blue spells and dry. We cross Lough Ree and a first shower arrives when going up the not markered Navigation Channel west of Inchenagh.
But at Lanesborough the sun is back and it remains dry during our drive upstream and through Tarmonbarry.
We moor to the banks of the Camlin River.
