Motto of the day: Rolling in light winds and a long evening
The sky is cloudy in the morning. Wolfgang and Lisa leave for the bridge lifting.
We leave later and go south on Lough Derg. The wind increases and we get a fresh breeze at Illaunmore while the weather forecast is speaking of light winds. We are rocking and rolling into Dromaan harbour with some waves from the side. Here we meet Brian on ‘Kobold’.
We just have finished dinner on 36L when ‘El Roi” arrives. Awhile later also ‘Tanjuan’ comes in. After one year we meet the nice bunch again. Tonight the lights on 36L are off late.

Motto of the day: Adventure on ‘James&Mary’ The day starts sunny. The wind has decreased and is now coming from southwest.
The men and the dog are relaxing in the morning while the women are busy.
The picnic tables are arranged and we have lunch together.
Step-by-step are boats coming in. We drive on ‘Tanjuan’ to ‘James & Mary’ who is anchored in the entrance. We board on ‘James & Mary’. ‘Tanjuan’ is brought alongside and tied up.
Is it only my impression that ‘Tanjuan’ is the smaller boat?
Donal welcomes us and we lift the anchor. We are invited to join him on a trip on the Lough.
There is a lot of traffic around; it’s a sunny Easter day.
The skipper brings us behind an island through a narrow channel.
